The last week has been eventful, as will this week going into August.

I finally got my tattoo finished off on Tuesday last week and also got a new tattoo on my hand which in kanji means cute, dear & sweet…(pictures will be up shortly).

At work stationery was sent off for Bluebay Leisure Ltd and a menu for Vudu Lounge in York with a spot UV used on the front :).

I’ve been working on some newer design and planning new sites which will be appearing soon.

Well that was it for last week, this week I should have teeshirtheaven’s website complete and I’m finally 22 on Tuesday the 29th.

My 21st year has gone too quickly…As do all years with life being to short…

Recently designed a new logo for a t-shirt company based in Huddersfield named teeshirtheaven, you can view the logo I created below.

I recently did artwork for a Jungle Safari Party night at Innuendo in Evesham, which can be seen below.

I used imagery supplied and created the text using photoshop to try give the artwork something extra.

Thought I’d take some recent pictures of myself and my 3/4 sleeve which will hopefully be finished off on July 22nd!!

Well it’s pretty late, like usual I seem to do work after work and seem to end up doing it late at night.

At work I’ve been doing a mix of posters, menus, flyers, brochure ideas, created a new brand identity for Blue Bay Leisure (Artwork coming soon) and updating websites.

For my own work I’ve created a new logo for teeshirtheaven and will soon have the website up and running for this local company and just doing some small flyers for my friends gig he’s putting on.

BOOKS

I really, really want design books! But never have the money, saw the following book a while ago called ABC3D by Marion Bataille which uses excellent typographic ideas within a pop up book.

Thought that book would be really expensive, it’s only around £10 on Amazon which is a bargain.
Can’t wait to get the logo lounge collection, brochure design, letterheards etc. Wish I could get a discount like I could back as a student.

We recently got a new digital slr at home as my fujifim 57000 decided to break, which I was pretty upset about till we got an Olympus Evolt E-420.

The photograph’s myself and my dad have taken are really detailed, I love it’s quickness too.

All I can say is this is a good camera :).
